Meet The Attorney

Scott David Weaver, Esq.

Scott Weaver represents clients at federal Immigration Courts and before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Mr. Weaver specializes in asylum law, and he has successfully represented asylum seekers in courts across the United States. Mr. Weaver also has extensive experience in removal defense, and family-based immigration. Mr. Weaver is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
